Section 1: Overview

This website is operated by GstaikDesigns. Throughout these Terms, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to GstaikDesigns. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the additional policies referenced here and available by hyperlink: our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the website, including visitors and customers.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access the website or use the Service.

Purchases of our products are processed and delivered by Payhip, a third-party e-commerce platform. Some products are also available on Etsy and Gumroad, and custom design services are offered through Fiverr. Purchases made on those platforms are additionally subject to the terms of the relevant platform.

Section 2: Use of the Website

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependants to use this website.

You may not use our products or the website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you may not, in using the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws. You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your access to the Service.

Section 3: General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Payments are processed by Payhip and its payment providers. We do not receive or store your card details.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service or our products without our express written permission. Section headings are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Section 4: Ownership and Use of Our Products

The original designs, graphics and artwork created by GstaikDesigns, together with the content of this website, are the property of GstaikDesigns and are protected by copyright.

Some products also include material created by third parties, such as fonts released under the SIL Open Font License or other openly licensed resources. That material remains the property of its creators and is provided under its own licence terms, which are included with the files or identified in the product description where applicable. Your use of such material is governed by those terms.

You may use the files in your own designs and projects. You may not resell, redistribute, share, give away or upload the files themselves, whether on their own or as part of another pack, template or asset collection, and whether free of charge or for payment.

Section 5: Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any file in our products or any content on this website infringes your copyright or other rights, please email support@gstaikdesigns.com with the following information:

• your name and contact details;
• a description of the work you believe has been infringed;
• the name of the product or the web page where the material appears;
• a statement that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.

We will review every complaint promptly and, where it is justified, remove the material from the product and from sale.

Section 6: Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this website is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this website is provided for general information only. Any reliance on it is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this website at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.

Section 7: Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are shown in euros and are subject to change without notice, including during promotions and sales. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout on Payhip.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 8: Products

Our products are digital goods available exclusively online. They may be returned or refunded only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour or preview will be accurate.

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, and we may discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations or suit a particular project.

Section 9: Digital Products, Instant Access and Right of Withdrawal

All products sold by GstaikDesigns are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped (see our Shipping Policy). Once your order is complete, your files are made available for immediate download.

Because our products are delivered instantly, a purchase is considered final once the download has begun. This does not affect the refunds we offer for duplicate purchases, unresolved technical faults or products that do not match their description, as set out in our Refund Policy.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. An exception applies to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you lose this right once the download has begun, provided you gave your prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of that right. If you have not yet downloaded your files, you may still withdraw within the 14-day period by contacting us.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. If you purchase as a business, freelancer, studio or agency for professional use, it does not apply to your order.

Section 10: Orders and Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product or price was displayed incorrectly or where an order appears to be fraudulent. If a paid order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information at checkout, including a valid email address, so that your files can be delivered and we can contact you if needed.

Section 11: Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our website contains links to third-party websites, including Payhip, Etsy, Gumroad, Fiverr and social media platforms, which are not operated by us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy, and we do not accept liability for any third-party materials, websites, goods or services.

Please review the terms and policies of any third party carefully before making a purchase or providing information. Complaints, claims or questions regarding third-party services should be directed to the third party.

If, in our sole judgement, you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms, we may terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice. Obligations incurred before termination survive it.
