Shipping Policy.

Section 1: Digital Delivery

All products sold by GstaikDesigns are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping fees, customs duties or tracking numbers apply. Delivery is available worldwide.

Section 2: Delivery Method and Time

Orders are processed and delivered by Payhip. Delivery is immediate once your payment has been processed, or immediately after checkout for free products:

• A download link is displayed immediately after checkout.
• A confirmation email containing your download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout, allowing you to download your files again later.
• If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, and the Promotions tab if you use Gmail.

Section 3: File Formats

Our products are usually supplied as compressed ZIP folders, which keep large packs organised and faster to download. You will need to extract these folders before using the files. Where a product is supplied in another format, such as 7z, this is stated in the product description.

Each product description also states the software, if any, required to open the files.

Section 4: How to Extract Your Files

ZIP files:

• iPhone and iPad: open the file in the Files app and tap it to extract it into a folder.
• Android: open the file in your Files app and tap Extract.
• Windows: right-click the file and select Extract All.
• Mac: double-click the file to extract it automatically.

7z files:

• Windows: install the free 7-Zip application, then right-click the file and select Extract Here.
• Mac: install a free application such as The Unarchiver or Keka, then open the file with it.

Section 5: Download Issues

• Slow or interrupted downloads: some products exceed 2 GB. Please use a stable connection and download again using the link in your confirmation email.
• Files that will not open: make sure the download has fully completed before extracting it. On phones, extract the folder using the Files app.
• Missing email or expired link: contact us and we will provide a new download link.

Section 6: Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its "Last updated" date.
